60th European Karate Senior Championships in Yerevan

From May 7 to 11, 2025, Armenia hosted the 60th European Karate Senior Championships for the first time in its history — marking a defining moment that set new standards in the country’s sporting, cultural, and organizational landscape. More than just a major sporting event, the championship became a vital platform for strengthening Armenia’s international reputation. At the core of its planning and execution was Background Production, the company that served as the organizational engine behind the event. This included the adaptation of all visual and narrative elements, as well as the design and organization of the ceremonial and artistic components of the opening ceremony, held at the Karen Demirchyan Sports and Concert Complex.
